About the Silver Spur

The Silver Spur specializes in custom jewelry design offering original pieces in a variety of metals and stones. The artist, Sarah Buckles Larner, creates her well known two-toned effect by combining both sterling silver and white gold with 14 or 18 karat yellow gold.

History of The Silver Spur

The Silver Spur Gallery has been located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for over thirty years. The owner and artists, Sarah Buckles Larner, is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Studio major in jewelry. Sarah is a Colorado native with a rich western background. In her spare time she enjoys riding her horses and competing in rodeo. Her lifestyle heavily influences her jewelry designs.
